PromptSathi respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, you can request its removal under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or equivalent local law.

Filing a takedown notice

Send a notice to hello@promptsathi.example with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" that includes:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list, if multiple).
  2. The exact URL(s) on PromptSathi where the allegedly infringing material appears.
  3. Your full name, address, email address, and phone number.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We review valid notices promptly and will remove or disable access to material we determine to be infringing.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including your name and contact details, the URL(s) of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of your local courts, and your signature. We may restore the material unless the original complainant files court action within the applicable timeframe.

Repeat infringers

We may, at our discretion, remove content from and restrict further submissions by users who repeatedly submit infringing material.

A note on prompts

Short, functional prompt texts are generally not strongly protected expression, but longer creative guides, articles, and artwork on this site are. When in doubt, link to a page rather than republishing its full text.
