PromptSathi is a static website. We do not run user accounts, we do not operate a backend database, and we do not sell or share personal data. This policy explains, in plain language, what little data is involved when you use the site.

Data that stays in your browser

Some PromptSathi features work in "demo mode" directly in your browser — for example, uploading an image to preview or test a prompt locally. Files you upload for these features are processed locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers, because there is no server-side processing. Closing the tab discards them.

Preferences such as your theme choice (light/dark) and your cookie consent decision are stored in your browser's local storage so the site remembers them on your next visit. This data never leaves your device.

What we do not collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect names, email addresses, or payment details through the site. The contact form opens your own email app — your message goes directly to us as an email, and we use it only to respond to you.

Analytics

We may use privacy-conscious, aggregated analytics (such as page-view counts) to understand which content is useful. If enabled, this is limited to anonymous, aggregate statistics — no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles, and no personally identifying information.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies or local-storage entries: strictly necessary ones (remembering your consent choice) and, only if you accept, optional analytics ones. You can change your choice at any time via the consent banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Third-party links

PromptSathi links to third-party AI tools and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. We encourage you to review them before signing up or uploading content elsewhere.

Children

PromptSathi is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
